EI Condemns Killing of one more Colombian Teacher
A Previous Killing of Colombian Teacher
Education International (EI) has condemned the killing of yet another teacher trade unionist in Colombia
This killing brings to 17 the number of teacher trade unionists killed this year alone. The teacher, Fernando Loboa Aragon was killed as he was leaving a higher education institute – a colleague was also wounded. Since 1991, 873 teachers have reportedly been killed in Colombia (see previous posts).
