Members of the main teachers’ unions in Ghana – together with other public sector workers have given the government an ultimatum
The workers are demanding that the government implement a promised pay reform this month – otherwise there will be strike action. The move towards a fairer pay system began in 2006 – yet the government has till to implement it. See previous post on Ghana for more background information.
