9 Members of the PTUZ teachers’ union of Zimbabwe were abducted by police last Tuesday 19th February

The teachers were distributing leaflets about the dire state of the country’s education service. The teachers were beaten by the police and five of them including their leader Raymond Majongwe were so badly injured that they had to be taken to hospital.
